1. What is your payment terms? T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal are accepted;
For bulk order: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
2. Can I get free samples?
Yes, free samples are available, shipping cost will be on buyer's account.
3. How long is the lead time?
For stock products, we'll deliver orders within 7~15 work days after we receive your payment.
For OEM products, it'll be 15~25 days after we receive balance payment.
4. Can we do printing on the plastic bottles or jars?
Yes, silk screen printing, hot stamping, labels, embossing service available.
5. Can i place an mix order with many different items?
Yes, but each item quantity should reach our MOQ requirement.
6. How do you control the quality?
We produce samples before mass production, mass production will be arranged & proceeded only after samples approved.
We do 100% inspection during production, also do sampling inspection/random inspection before packing. After packing, we'll take photos to record.
7. Do you offer after-sale services? If any quality problem occur, how should i disclaim it?
Yes, 24h-response after-sale services. If any breakage or defect products were found, please take pictures from the original carton, and all claims should be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to container ETA.
